Q: I’m a small company; do you have minimum quantities to get started?

A: Each factory we work with has their own minimum quantities.  We will match your requirements to the correct factory.

Q: What type of information do you need from me to obtain a quote?

A: We can work with any information you can provide, from a sketch, to CAD drawings.  Actual product samples are best, if available.

Q: What is included in my quote?

A: Our quote includes, unless otherwise noted, all charges for freight, duty, taxes and markup in the piece price. There are no hidden fees are charges associated with your quote.

Q: How long before I can receive an actual sample?

A: This depends if tooling is required, but the standard time frame is about 2 weeks.  We will be in contact with you every step of the process.

Q: If tooling is required, are there any payment options?

A: Yes, all tooling costs can be paid up front, or added to each unit produced, depending on the factories requirements.

Q: How long has your company been in business?

A: BEI has been in business since 1992. We began manufacturing ballasts, for the lighting industry.  

Q: Do I need a broker to receive my products?

A: No, BEI will deliver all goods to your dock, including all freight and duty charges.
